Aimar s.a. is a corporation that started operations in Central America at the beginning of 1991 as a shipping line agency.

Through different representations and expantion of its activities, the original liner division of the Aimar group of companies has expanded its volume and is currently handling approximately 20,000 containers per year throughout Central America .

Aimar offices operate independently in each country ( Belize, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama as an agency ), with the financial controls and reporting systems centralized at our headquarters in Guatemala City, Guatemala.

In 2007 the offices of Aimar Guatemala became ISO 9001 certified. We anticipate to qualify and be certified in the rest of Central America during the next years.
